HEARTLAND FINANCIAL USA, INC. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

DUBUQUE, Iowa, April 23, 2015 - Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock payable on June 5, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2015. At March 31, 2015, there were 20,585,072 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
