ITG RELEASES JULY 2010 US TRADING VOLUMES
NEW YORK, August 9, 2010 — Investment Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE: ITG), a leading agency broker and financial technology firm, today announced that July 2010 US trading volume was 3.6 billion shares and average daily volume (ADV) was 171 million shares. This compares to 4.2 billion shares and ADV of 191 million shares in June 2010 and 4.6 billion shares and ADV of 209 million shares in July 2009.
There were 21 trading days in July 2010 and 22 days in both June 2010 and July 2009.
