LA JOLLA PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY ANNOUNCES PRICING OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK
SAN DIEGO, CA, January 28, 2005 – La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company announced today that it has agreed to sell 12,250,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Pursuant to the terms of the underwriting agreement, the shares will be offered to the public at a price per share of $1.40. All of the shares are being offered by the Company.
Pacific Growth Equities, LLC is acting as underwriter for the offering.
