The annual meeting of shareholders of MakeMusic, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on August 25, 2010. There were 4,825,303 shares of Company common stock eligible to vote as of June 28, 2010, the record date for the meeting. Nine nominees were elected to the Company’s Board of Directors to hold office until the next annual meeting or until their successors are elected and qualified. The nominees elected and the final voting results were as follows:
