Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 9, 2024, Mr. McCall entered into a trading plan designed to satisfy the affirmative defense of Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Plan"). The Plan allows the orderly disposition of shares owned by Mr. McCall. The shares set forth above were sold pursuant to the Plan.

2. The price reflects the weighted average price of the shares sold. The prices of the shares sold pursuant to the transactions ranged from $170.00 to $170.27 per share. The reporting person, upon request, will provide the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
