Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 15, 2024, Mr. Jonah Meer resigned from his position as Secretary and a Director of Metro One Telecommunications, Inc. (the “Company”). The resignation of Mr. Meer is not the result of any disagreement with Mr. Meer on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
Mr. Meer will have ninety days from January 15, 2024, to exercise vested stock options.
