Item 8.01             Other Events

On February 27, 2023, Southern California Edison Company (SCE) agreed to sell $450,000,000 principal amount of its 5.85% First and Refunding Mortgage Bonds, Series 2023A, Due 2028 and $450,000,000 principal amount of its 5.95% First and Refunding Mortgage Bonds, Series 2023B, Due 2053. For further information concerning the bonds, refer to the exhibits attached to this report.
