Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 10 , 2005, the Registrants issued a press release to announce that Comcast Corporation has leased an additional 338,000 square feet at Comcast Center, the office tower currently being developed by the Registrants in Center City Philadelphia. The Registrants had previously announced that Comcast would lease 534,000 square feet. With the lease addition, Comcast accounts for 70% of the project’s space.
The Registrants are furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
