Lawrence P. Ward, President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Oaks Bancorp (the “Company”) will be attending the D. A. Davidson Investor Conference in Seattle, Washington on May 3, 2005. He will be taking a presentation reviewing the Company’s financial performance for the first quarter of 2005 and the Company’s strategic focus. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
