Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On September 4, 2014, William Raver, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for both Heritage Oaks Bancorp (the "Company") and its subsidiary, Heritage Oaks Bank (the "Bank") provided notice to the Company and the Bank of his retirement, effective January 9, 2015, from all of his positions with the Company and the Bank.
