ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be at the Hopcott Road factory on Monday June 28, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. All Corporation shareholders are invited to attend. The annual IHI barbecue will follow the AGM. [For barbeque reservation 12 Noon, please call Sandy at 604 940 2810.] During the event, the latest production capabilities of the Corporation will be demonstrated.

The Corporation will issue a news release in early July announcing the Corporation's second quarter results.
