Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 6, 2014, PPL Corporation ("PPL") and PPL Energy Supply, LLC ("PPL Energy Supply") issued a press release announcing that Unit 2 at the Susquehanna nuclear generating station had been voluntarily shut down to inspect certain of the unit's turbine blades for evidence of cracking.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
