ITT Educational Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the employment of Ryan L. Roney, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company, was terminated, effective June 6, 2016. The Company and Mr. Roney are discussing a possible consulting agreement, the terms of which, if finalized, will be described in a subsequent Current Report on Form 8-K.
