On April 26, 2006, during its first quarter earnings conference call, the Company reconfirmed its previous statement that it was forecasting revenues for the full year 2006 to be in the range of $54 million to $59 million and earnings to be in the range of $0.12 to $0.18 per share. Earnings per share estimates exclude stock option expense.
