Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
From June 6-8, 2023, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco"), including Wes Powell, Chief Executive Officer, Lynn Stanfield, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Matt Foster, Sr. Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations, will be meeting with investors at Nareit's REITweek 2023 Investor Conference. During those meetings, Aimco representatives will discuss the attached presentation. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
