ITEM 7.01.Regulation FD.
On December 2, 2019, Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) issued a press release announcing a $275 million mezzanine loan to the partnership (the “Borrower”) that owns Parkmerced Apartments. The loan bears interest at 10% per annum; has a five-year term; and is secured by a pledge of the ownership of the Borrower. Aimco also received a 10-year option to acquire a 30% interest in the Borrower.
