Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 16, 2007, Palm Harbor Homes, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting the results of the Company for its second quarter and six months ended September 28, 2007. A copy of the news release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
