Appointment of Principal Officers.
On Monday, August 1, 2005, U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Stephen Craig Fuller has resigned as President of Xpress Global Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company. The Company’s Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Max L. Fuller, will serve as President of Xpress Global Systems, Inc. Information regarding Max L. Fuller is set forth in the Company’s proxy statement for its May 5, 2005, annual meeting of stockholders.
