Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On July 1, 2014, Southwest Gas Corporation (the “Company”) purchased the property comprising Buildings A and B of its corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Property”) for $16,500,000. Prior to the purchase, the Company leased the Property pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Lease and Agreement, dated July 1, 1996 (the "Lease"). With the closing of the purchase, the Lease terminated.
