Item 5. Other Events and Regulation FD Disclosure.
Intrado Inc. has agreed to a five-year extension of its 9-1-1 data management services agreement with BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. The agreement, which was set to expire on July 31, 2005, will continue until July 31, 2010.
