On December 5, 2012, the registrant publicly issued a press release announcing it hadsuccessfully completed electromagnetic compatibility testing, one of two major categories of third-party testing, required to label the LuViva® Advanced Cervical Scan with the ISO 60601 Edition 3 CE Mark and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Mark, as more fully described in the press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.
