On November 19, 2014, the registrant publicly issued a press release announcing results of two clinical studies of the LuViva® Advanced Cervical Scan from Nigeria. The results were presented at the Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Nigeria 2014 conference in Asaba, Nigeria, as more fully described in the press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.
