2.						The approval, by non-binding advisory vote, of the compensation of our named executive officers.
3.						Advisory vote on the frequency of future advisory votes on the compensation of our named executive officers.
4.						The ratification of the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

The Board of Directors recommends that you vote "FOR" proposals 1, 2, and 4 and "ONE YEAR" in proposal 3.
