Effective as ofOctober 4, 2017, Robert C. Bodnar ceased to be an officer of the Company. Also effective as of October 4, 2017, Joshua A. Snively, Sr., Executive Vice President, Research and Innovation of Flotek Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), was appointed as head of operations of the Company and in such capacity, will oversee operations of the Energy Chemistry Technologies segment and the Consumer and Industrial Chemistry Technologies segment of the Company. The information required by Items 401(b), (d), (e) and Item 404(a) of RegulationS-K, as applicable, as well as descriptions of applicable material plans, contracts and arrangements to which Mr. Snively is a party are disclosed in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed on March 24, 2017, which information and descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
