On March 24, 2011, PVF Capital Corp. issued a press release announcing the maturity and settlement a $50 million repurchase agreement by its banking subsidiary, Park View Federal Savings Bank. A copy of the press release announcing the settlement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
