Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On August 27, 2012, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency lifted the regulatory order that had been in effect with respect to Park View Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of PVF Capital Corp. The regulatory order had been in effect since October 19, 2009.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
