| On August 11, 2020, Covenant Logistics Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), held a conference call discussing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. During the conference call, the Company announced that it expects its adjusted operating ratio for the quarter ending September 30, 2020 to be in the mid-nineties.
