Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective July 10, 2006, Steven Beeks was named as our President. Mr. Beeks replaces Andre Link, who resigned as our President effective March 31, 2006 pursuant to the terms of Mr. Link’s consulting services agreement with us. Mr. Beeks has served as President of Lions Gate Entertainment Inc., our wholly owned subsidiary, since December 2003, and will continue to hold that title. From January 1998 until December 2003, Mr. Beeks served as President of Artisan Home Entertainment. Mr. Beeks is 49 years old.
