Indosat to Submit Financial Statements for First Half 2005
with a Limited Review Report
Jakarta, 27 July 2005. PT Indosat Tbk (“Indosat” or the ”Company”) submitted a letter to Bapepam and the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges regarding its plan to submit its financial statements for the six month-period ended June 30, 2005 with a limited review report from its independent auditor, Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja, member of Ernst & Young Global.
The limited review is being performed in accordance with Indosat’s historical practices and the Company’s management believes that the limited review report will assist the preparation of the full year audit. In compliance with Bapepam Rule No. X.K.2 on the Obligation to Submit Periodic Financial Statements, Indosat will submit its financial statements for the six month-period ended June 30, 2005, with a limited review report by August 31, 2005.
