On June 20, 2008, Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is calling for redemption on July 21, 2008 all $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7% Senior Notes due 2011 (the “Notes”). The Company’s press release, announcing redemption of the Notes, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
