REDWOOD TRUST DECLARES $0.25 PER SHARE DIVIDEND FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2011
REDWOOD ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO MAINTAIN DIVIDEND AT $0.25 PER SHARE PER QUARTER IN 2012
MILL VALLEY, CA – Monday, November 14, 2011 – Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE:RWT) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the declaration of a fourth quarter regular dividend of $0.25 per share. The fourth quarter 2011 dividend is payable on December 27, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 15, 2011.
The Board of Directors also announced its intention to continue to pay a regular dividend of $0.25 per share per quarter in 2012.
