Explanation of Responses:

1. Additional restricted stock units (RSUs) accrued pursuant to dividend equivalent rights with respect to outstanding awards of RSUs based upon the closing price of EAF as of the dividend payment date.

2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of EAF common stock.

3. The RSUs vest in five equal annual installments beginning on May 1, 2020.

4. The RSUs vest in five equal annual installments beginning on February 25, 2021.
