Explanation of Responses:

1. The common stock was purchased under the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

2. Shares have been split-adjusted pursuant to the Company's 1-for-500 reverse stock split, immediately followed by a 4-for-1 forward stock split effective July 10, 2018.

3. This amendment to the Form 4 filed on July 13, 2018 corrects the number of shares directly owned by the reporting person and includes the number of shares indirectly owned by the reporting person through his IRA.
