These Deferred Share Units (DSUs) were granted on May 5, 2015, pursuant to the Stillwater Mining Company Independent Director Deferred Share Unit Plan, as the Director's annual grant of Deferred Stock Units for 2015, and are fully vested and owned as of the date of the grant. The DSUs are settled in cash upon termination of the reporting person's service on the Board of Directors.
