These estimates were included in our report originally filed as Exhibit 10.4 to the Annual Report on Form 20-F of Petróleos Mexicanos for the year ended December 31, 2009, and were prepared in accordance with the reserves definitions of Regulation S-X Rules 4-10(a) (1)-(32) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
