(NASDAQ/NGS:RCII) (“Rent-A-Center” or the “Company”), the nation’s largest rent-to-own operator, today announced that it has filed an investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the Company’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 8, 2017.
The Rent-A-Center Board unanimously recommends stockholders vote theWHITE proxy card “FOR” the Company’s highly-qualified and experienced director nominees: Mark E. Speese, Jeffery M. Jackson and Leonard H. Roberts.
