(b) On January 4, 2008, James C. East resigned from the boards of directors of the Registrant and the Registrant’s subsidiary financial institutions, IBERIABANK and Pulaski Bank and Trust Company. Mr. East, 69 years old, had served on the Board of Directors of Pulaski Bank and Trust Company since 1973. Mr. East resigned for personal reasons.
Mr. East will continue to serve as the Chairman of Pulaski Bank and Trust Company’s Central Arkansas Advisory Board for a period of time.
A letter serving as formal notice of Mr. East’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
