On November 18, 2008, IBERIABANK Corporation issued a press release disclosing recent developments regarding preliminary approval to participate in the United States Treasury Department Capital Purchase Program, a shelf registration statement filing with the SEC, and participation in the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program administered under the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
