IBERIABANK Corporation Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 2,500,000 Shares of
Common Stock
Lafayette, LOUISIANA - IBERIABANK Corporation(NASDAQ: IBKC)(the “Company”), the holding company of the 121-year-old IBERIABANK (www.iberiabank.com) and Pulaski Bank and Trust Company (www.pulaskibank.com), announced today the pricing of a follow-on public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $40.00 per share. The net proceeds of the offering to the Company are expected to be approximately $95 million.
The Company expects to close the offering on Tuesday, December 16, 2008. The Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable for 30 days from the closing, to purchase an aggregate of 375,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any, at a public offering price $40.00.
Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. is acting as co-lead manager and Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. is acting as co-manager.
