On March 2, 2010, IBERIABANK Corporation announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $300 million of common stock. The underwriters will be granted an option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering will be made pursuant to a prospectus supplement filed as part of an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3.
