Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers.
William W. Deneau, who has served as Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation’s (the “Company”) Chief Executive Officer since October 2005 resigned effective July 8, 2009. Mr. Deneau will continue to serve as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
