ITEM 8.01  Other Events

          We are filing this Amendment to our Current Information report to correct a typographical error in our report.  Specifically, we misstated the website of the investment target.         

           Italian Oven Inc. (Pinksheets: IOVE) yesterday announced that Richwood Eco Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of Italian Oven International, Inc., entered into a letter of intent to acquire the capital stock of Rich Corporacion S.A., and to become its agent for the sale of its rare timbers.  More information about Rich Corporacion may be found at www.richwood.com.ni.  More information will be provided over the next two weeks via press release as it develops.

          This transaction will not result in any dilution of the Company's common stock as there is a share issuance moratorium in place until January 15, 2010.

  IOVE's common stock is structured as follows:

Total number of common shares:  938,291,700
Restricted common belonging to My Pleasure Limited, United Kingdom:  500,000,000
Public float shares:  325,161,800 (held by CEDE & Company)
Certificate shares:  113,129,900 (70,546,600 restricted, 42,583,300 unrestricted)
