Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares were acquired through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

2. Disposition pursuant to merger agreement between Your Community Bankshares, Inc. ("YCB") and Wesbanco, Inc. ("WSBC"). In the merger, YCB shareholders received 0.964 WSBC common shares and $7.70 in cash for each outstanding YCB share.

3. Each restricted stock unit represents a right to receive one share of Your Community Bankshares, Inc. common stock.

4. The restricted stock units vested in full upon completion of the merger of YCB into Wesbanco.
