On April 17, 2014, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
