On March 23, 2015, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, payable on April 24, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2015. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
