On February 27, 2009, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the declaration of a semi annual cash dividend of $0.28 per common share, payable on March 27, 2009, to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2009. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
