(b)On February 14, 2007, Jeffrey R. Moreland, Executive Vice President Public Affairs, advised the Company that he will be retiring in 2007, after serving the Company and its predecessors since 1978. The Company will provide the exact date of Mr. Moreland’s retirement once that date is determined.
