On July 5, 2017, Robert L. Watters informed us that he will retire from the Board of Directors effective as of the date of the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Accordingly, he will not be standing for re-election to the Board at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Watters has confirmed that his decision was not due to a disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
