Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On April 20, 2006, Enesco Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of David C. du Four to its Board of Directors and to its Audit Committee. Mr. du Four's appointment became effective April 18, 2006.
There is no arrangement or understanding between Mr. du Four and any other person pursuant to which Mr. du Four was selected as a director of Enesco. There are no relationships or related party transactions required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
