Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 7, 2006, Enesco Group, Inc. (the "Company") announced certain financial projections for 2006, as well as other corporate updates. A copy of the press release relating to these projections is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein.
